Health insurance premiums are relatively costly. So in order to keep the costs down, consider the following. As they say, prevention is better than cure.

  (1)Rule of thumb: Lead a healthy life. Indulge on vegetables, fish  and fruits. As much as possible, stay away from meat and sweets.

(2) Exercise regularly. Have a strict regimen for this. Walking is a good and inexpensive exercise.

(3) Drink at least eight glasses of water everyday. This will help you to flush your toxins.

(4) Sleep at least eight hours per day. If you cannot have a complete eight hours of sleep, try to catch some naptime.(5) Be hygienic. Don’t forget to take a bath everyday and wash hands before and after each meal.
